These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Seobase website, applications, and services (together, the “Services”) provided by Seobase (“Seobase,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Seobase is an SEO automation platform that performs keyword research, generates and schedules articles, publishes content to connected websites and CMS platforms, and assists with backlink building. Features may change, and we may add, modify, or discontinue functionality at any time.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for the information you provide, for activity under your account, and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions to connect and publish to any website, CMS, or third-party account you link to Seobase.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment provider (Stripe). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Trials, if offered, automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice for future billing periods.

You agree not to:

• use the Services to create or publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content;
• generate spam, engage in manipulative link schemes, or violate search engine or platform guidelines in a way that creates legal risk;
• publish to websites or accounts you do not own or are not authorized to manage;
• reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Services or their security;
• resell or provide the Services to third parties without authorization; or
• violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

You are solely responsible for reviewing generated content before it is published and for its compliance with applicable laws and third-party policies.

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and, as between you and Seobase, of the content generated for you through the Services (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content as necessary to operate the Services and to publish it to the destinations you choose.

AI-generated content may be similar to content generated for others and is provided without warranty of originality or search ranking. You are responsible for editing and verifying it prior to publication.

The Services, including software, design, and trademarks, are owned by Seobase or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.

The Services integrate with third-party platforms (such as CMS providers, Google Search Console, and payment processors). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any content will achieve particular search rankings, traffic, or results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seobase and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seobase from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends; sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Seobase’s place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts located there will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
